NMBL Strategies was engaged to lead a Feasibility Study for a new Asian Heritage Center to be built in Colorado Springs. The Golden Lotus Foundation had been building to this moment for nearly a decade and had recently secured a site in Southwest Colorado Springs. Now, a Foundation that had never raised more than tens of thousands of dollars needed to figure out if they could and how to raise tens of millions of dollars to ensure a world class Asian Heritage Center with botanical gardens, exhibits, and programming became a focal point attraction for the Colorado Springs community.
