NMBL Strategies expands to Charlotte after identifying gap in corporate receivership specialists

National restructuring firm NMBL Strategies says Charlotte lacks enough corporate receivership specialists. That gap is bringing the firm to town.

NMBL Strategies said this week that it is expanding to Charlotte, adding to its national footprint in commercial receiverships and corporate restructuring. The St. Louis-based firm works with courts, lenders, owners and investors on distressed-asset transitions. Charlotte will be NMBL's first market outside St. Louis, where the firm employs six staff members at its headquarters.
